Maintenance Free Steel Doors
J&D Door Sales, Inc. offers an exceptional line of
maintenance free steel garage doors, one option, incorporates a thermally broken section design for ultimate weather protection. The steel is 26-27 gauge, filled with foamed-in-place polyurethane. The combination creates a rigid barrier against cold, heat, wind, and moisture. There’s also a continuous section joint seal to prevent air from coming in, and we have six designer colors to choose from, each with different window options.
We have short panel insulated, long panel insulated, and flush insulated design and each offer consistent and efficient operation. Our extra heavy paint system includes .35 ml primer with a rust inhibitor, and a .76 coating of baked-on polyester paint—choose from bronze, evergreen, brown, sandstone, almond, or white. Concealed steel plates run continuously from top to bottom for each component of the fastening hardware. Finally, a weather seal at each section joint assures maximum protection and security. Add a touch of elegance and compliment the outside of your home with decorative glass for the garage door windows. There are nine patterns to choose from in customizable sizes.

Carriage House Doors

C.H.I. has a Carriage House Collection, which we carry at J&D Doors. There are 2 short stamp insulated polystyrene, and 2 long stamp doors. 2” door sections are formed from 27-gauge exterior and 27-gauge interior galvanized draw quality steel. The long-lasting rollers assure efficient, consistent operation and each of these doors come with upgrade options from other models. There are several glazing options, including Newport, tinted, glue chip, or plain. The interlocking, seal tight design keeps out air and weather elements.
You can also choose a CFC Free Polystyrene insulated design. The accent battens are laminated to the steel sections with industrial grade adhesives. The same glazing options are available, along with a faux window option, black background color, and a wood-grained steel interior. Spade decorative hardware is standard for each of these doors, with additional appearance enhancement upgrades available. The 5500 and 5800 models are made with impact-resistant fiberglass beadboard, along with poly accent battens. They also have the three of the five glazing options (glue chip, plain, or seeded), faux windows, and the appearance package upgrades. Another option is the Barcelona or Wrought Iron designs to replicate an old-world look.
Semi-Custom Doors
If you are looking for something custom, please
contact us before framing your garage door opening. Custom arches may be available but need to be determined ahead of framing. Odd sizing is available in 2” increments on width and 3” increments on heights, on SOME models.
We keep our overhead costs to a minimum so we can quote very competitive pricing. We also use only Liftmaster Residential Garage Door opener products on our cedar doors with a choice of 1/2hp or 3/4hp motors.
